Good News everybody

We have a surface 3 device here laying around for tests.
The current 4.0.7 bootimage does not boot properly on these devices. This is for now fixed.
Right now the work remains in accessing the emmc memory.

Despite havin the modules in the kernel the emmc memory does not seem to be recognized.
We are working on it and will inform when we find a solution

EDIT:
Our internal build of the bootimage and modified netboot products are running fine.
We deployed an Ubuntu and a Win10-X64 on the surface tablet.
We cannot test other emmc based devices as we currently do not have any but this should also work for other emmc based devices.

Will report back as soon as new packages are build

Bootimage with eMMC and Surface 3 support

Please note that trhe eMMC support has only been tested on a Surface 3 device itself.
The Surface itself has a special eMMC pinning through GPIO.
eMMC should work on other devices.
