Thanks for the reply. Again I am failing to do "Fire on demand event" . Could manually install from client machine. Could you please suggest me where do I find the logs.

Hello vmtech,

please have a look at the manual.
Otherwise most logfiles can be accessed directly through the configed interface. Select a client and switch to the log tab.
