The depot servers function solely as a file cache and to provide netboot capabilities.
All clients must be able to connect to the config server (service_url).
If (reverse) proxies are used between clients and the config server, ensure they are properly configured and support WebSocket connections.

I will look into the "intro support".
For the item 4, I've found the logs on the system and I'm seeing a recurring [3] entry

Please advise if this is a server side issue or a client machine issue. This client machine has a device cert from the same CA that provided the cert for the opsi CA
