opsi 4.3 August Release

Dear opsi users,

today we published new packages for opsi.

The new opsiconfd contains a number of fixes and also some new features.
- The functionality to run terminals and start processes on devices can be disabled in the configuration (`disabled-features`).
- The sorting algorithm for product actions has been changed so that product priorities are negated if the `uninstall` action is set for the product.
- The health check has been extended and now also checks when the last opsiconfd backup was performed.
- The diagnostic data now contains additional information about the network and configured HTTP proxies.

The new opsi-cli version also contains many useful new features.
- The error handling of the `client-action` command has been revised, the error messages are now more visible and easier to understand.
- Devices can be shut down with `client-action shutdown` and woken up with `client-action wakeup` via Wake-on-LAN.
- The `package list` command can be used to display the opsi packages installed on depots.
- With `package make` opsi packages can be created on every operating system opsi-cli supports.
- With the new command `python` the Python interpreter integrated in opsi-cli can be used.

The opsi-linux-bootimage in this release fixes the SBAT issue, introduced my Microsoft update kb5041572 and kb5041580.
Unfortunately this version of the SHIM has code changes that lead to Netboot errors on certain Dell Devices. This bug leads to non working Netboot installations. There is alsready a fix which is not merged. We hope the fix gets merged soon.
We already credted a new SHIM submission with the proposed fix and are waiting for a positive review.
The list of known Dell devices with aforementiones issue: Lattitude 5300 2-in-1, Lattitude 3590, Lattitude 5400, Optiplex 3040, Optiplex 5040, Optiplex 7040, Optiplex 3060, Optiplex 5060.
A current workaround is to set opsi-netboot.efi as the UEFI Netboot startfile instead of shimx64.efi.signed. Hereby you also have to disable Secureboot on booting devices.
As soon as we have a new SHIM with the fix included, we will publish it.

The opsi-configed 4.3.3.13-1 contains several small bugfixes:
- Correcting uninstall by server console
- Visibility of the columns in product and client tables
- Remote Desktop processes are again started synchronuously instead of one by one

The new opsi-client-agents contain some fixes and improvements.

We have released new packages as a hotfix.
With this release we fix a problem of incorrect processing of ACL configurations in opsiconfd. The new version of opsi-utils contains the new opsi-cli version 4.3.9.2, which can handle missing version numbers in requirements.txt files of plugins.
