hi,
during client-installation the opsiclientd-control-port is added, but the IP-address of the depotserver is not set in the scope of the rule.
If I add it manually after the installation, a reboot or opsiclient-service restart removes the IP-address from the scope.
Is it possible to add the IP-address of the depotserver to the scope of the opsiclientd-control-port? For instance during client-install using a config-file?
Thanks.
Regard, Eric
Is it possible to set the scope for the opsiclientd-control-port?

Uhh.. Do you mean the firewall port on windows for the opsi-client-agent?

hi SisterOfMercy,
correct.
The firewall on the clients are active because of the network-environment.
During the installation of the opsi-client a rule called opsiclientd-control-port is added to the firewall of the client, but the scope isn't set for this rule.
I was wondering if I can set the scope for this rule to the IP of the depotserver, to limit access.
At the moment the scope is emptied during a reboot or by a restart of the opsiclientd-service on the client.
Thanks.
