Opsi UEFI boot: elilo.....
Guten Tag,
wir versuchen bei uns unseren OPSI Server mit UEFI zum laufen zu bekommen.
Leider haben wir ein Problem zu dem ich bisher nirgendwo eine Lösung gefunden habe, die bei uns funktioniert.
Client Rechner gehen im UEFI boot nur bis zur Anzeige: elilo: .......
Danach folgen endlose Punkte.
Es wird auf dem Server keine Datei mit der Mac Adresse des Clients als Namen unter /tftpboot/ oder Unterordnern angelegt.
Für unseren Testrechner existiert eine log file auf dem Server dort wird aber nichts zum UEFI boot eingetragen, auch sonst scheinen zu dem Vorgang auf dem Opsi Server keinerlei logs erstellt zu werden.
In unserem DHCP Server haben wir linux/pxelinux.cfg/elilo.efi als Boot File eingetragen,
unsere install-elilo-x64 conf sieht so aus (standard):
default=opsi
timeout=0
image=/linux/install-x64
label=opsi
append="initrd=/linux/miniroot-x64.bz2 debug video=vesa:ywrap,mtrr vga=normal --no-log console=tty1 console=ttyS0"
initrd=/linux/miniroot-x64.bz2
Ich habe dort die Pfade schon auf jede erdenkliche Art angepasst, ohne Veränderung (z.B. /tftpboot/linux/miniroot-x64.bz2 oder linux/minitroot-x64.bz2 etc.)
In der opsipxeconfd.conf wird auf die install-elilo-x* Dateien verwiesen.
Ich habe es mit einer anderen elilo.efi Datei, die hier im Forum gepostet wurde, versucht, dort kommt dann nur das kein Bootdevice existiert, es scheint also irgendwie auf die original elilo.efi Datei zuzugreifen, allerdings ohne etwas zu tun.
Für den Client sind mehrere Netbookt Produkte auf Setup eingestellt.
Hätte irgendjemand vielleicht eine Idee was ich noch machen kann?

Ist der DHCP-Server korrekt konfiguriert?
Dann ist es in der Regel ausreichend den Client in opsi als UEFI-Client zu markieren.

Sinnvollerweise kann immer nur ein Netboot-Produkt gleichzeitig auf setup stehen. Bei mehreren ist nicht klar festgelegt, welches letztlich gebootet wird - idR das zuletzt auf setup gestellte, aber beim Reboot des opsipxeconfd kann das abweichen.technotikker hat geschrieben:Für den Client sind mehrere Netbookt Produkte auf Setup eingestellt.

wenn du den Client bootest rufe mal auf dem opsi-Server den Befehl
und schau mal was dort im Bezug auf den Client steht.

das mit den Optionen hat keine Relevanz
der Auszug sieht so aus als ob keine Named Pipe existiert, sprich für den Client mit der MAC: 8c-ec-4b-89-ac-bd ist kein Netboot Produkt auf setup gesetzt.
Und dann zeigt der CLient dann die elilo Pünktchen

Wir haben bei diesem test bei dem client HWINVENT als Netboot Produkt auf "setup" gestellt ich versuche es mal mti einem der anderen Produkte und schaue ob das einen unterschied macht, es hat aber bisher nichts geändert ob wir eines oder mehrere Produkte auf "setup" gestellt haben beim testen.
Wir haben mal memtest86 auf "setup" gestellt:

wie bereits gesagt existiert zu dem Client mit der MAC 8c-ec-4b-89-ac-bd keine named Pipe, prüfe bitte ob die MAC Adresse zum Client passt bzw ob die Pipes angelegt werden unter
