Make Opsi packages run cmd

Hello

I want make opsi packages using command line:

eg. for silverlight installation command scripts:
silverlight \q


In Setup script (instead of setup.ins) Should I input something similar to ?:
cmd.exe /path/silverlight.exe \q

Also at the end of unattended os and opsi packages instalation, i want to run few REG ADD commands.
What is the best way to do that ?

making .cmd file in /<NetbootProduct>/custom/postinst.d ?
