Kein Zugriff auf Management-Oberfläche

Hallo,

ich habe hier den Opsi-Depotserver 3.3.1 unter VMWare ESX 3.5 mit der opsi-depotserver.iso installiert.
Der Depotserver hat Zugriff auf Internet und die nötigen Ports sind in der Firewall freigegeben.
Über VNC/Putty kann ich eine Verbindung zum Server aufbauen. Internetzugriff funktioniert, Java ist aktuell, Server ist von Clients aus pingbar. Mit VMWare Player hatte ich vorher die vorgefertigte depotserver vmware getestet. Das hat da auch alles funktioniert. Nur unter ESX nicht mehr, obwohl die Einstellungen identisch sind. Die vorher getestete VM läuft natürlich nicht mehr.

Mein Problem:
Ich komme nicht auf die Management Konsole.
Weder direkt auf dem Server mit
https://localhost:4447/configed

noch mit einem anderen PC über den Remotezugriff.

Folgendes bekomme ich sowohl am Server als auch am Client angezeigt:

Verbindung fehlgeschlagen
Firefox kann keine Verbindung zu dem Server unter opsiserver:4447 aufbauen.

Obwohl die Website gültig erscheint, konnte keine Verbindung aufgebaut werden.

    * Könnte die Website temporär nicht verfügbar sein? Versuchen Sie es später nochmals.
    * Können Sie auch andere Websites nicht aufrufen? Überprüfen Sie die Netzwerk-Konfiguration des Computers.
    * Wird Ihr Computer oder Netzwerk durch eine Firewall oder einen Proxy geschützt? Falsche Einstellungen können den Web-Zugriff stören.

Wie stelle ich also eine Verbindung her? Unter localhost müsste es doch funktionieren? Oder hat debian da eine vorgefertigte Firewall die das vielleicht dicht macht?

Der läuft tatsächlich nicht und lässt sich auch nicht starten:

Uhrzeiten stimmen noch nicht ganz..
Das "ez-" hatte ich vorher immer rausgelöscht, damit es nicht unnötig stört.

Installation innerhalb einer VirtualBox VM vom opsi3.3.1-server-install-cd_20090414.iso. Konfiguration ganz normal über 1stboot.py ist auch fehlerfrei durchgelaufen.

Die Datei /var/lib/opsi/config/depots/opsidemo.uib.local/depot.ini ist allerdings leer!

Was muss da rein in die Datei oder wie erzeuge ich sie richtig?
