swaudit\hwaudit not happening

Dear Team,

When I run hardware and sofware inventory with the products hwaudit and swaudit.
its not updating hardware/software information in software inventory/hardware information tab in opsiconfig editor
Hereby attached error message from opsiclientd log for your referrence.
kindly suggest me

First try hwaudit, that is running the opsi-bootimage, and has nothing to do with the swaudit in windows. Hwaudit is a netboot product, that should start from PXE.
If not, time to hit the manual again, and/or learn how to boot from PXE.
