Not deploying Products in Win clients

hi there!

I have a problem with the windows clients. I have set "setup" for many products in the "product configuration" tab but the programs are not being installed. The "opsi_winst" dropdown has any options (setup, etc), it is empty.

The windows clients have not the c:\opsi folder but they have the service that could be restarted. I can't see the opsi logo in the boot. Client hostnames can be resolved.

As you can see below OPSI is not updated but it was working. Any idea to fix it?

I have installed the agent by hand because it was not installed with the OS. The "last seen" field is updated but does not install the products.

Hi,

it seems, that you are on opsi 3.4 but opsi 4 is the actual stable version. So you should upgrade soon.
(or if you in evaluation - please use opsi 4 for evaluation)

Please post the output of
dpkg -l
or if you are not on a debian based system the list of the opsi-server packages.

Please post the log files from the client dir c:\tmp:
opsiclientd.log
instlog.txt

Yes, I am in 3.4, I know is not updated but is a production server so time to time Anyway, I cant see OPSI updates on Squezee, any repository to add?

There is not opsiclientd.log. Same with the "clientconnect" log

instlog (client side). Instlog (server side) is empty, there is no such file for the client in /var/log/opsi/instlog

Well, I have managed it. I could install all products. I did it by hand by executing c:\program files\opsi.org\preloadinloader\prelogin\pcpatch.exe.

How to get this things at boot time?

Did I ever mentioned: "For productive opsi installations we recommend support contracts."

Post c:\tmp\pcpatchlog.log (or some thing like that, it's a long time ago).

Try to change the servicemode of the preloginloader to 'opsiclientd' as soon as possible.
You have to do this anyway before you can update your server to opsi 4.

Solved, It was that Windows netlogon service was down.
