I'm deploying an HP computer with a built in Intel HD 350 video card.
I uploaded the driver, choosing byAudit. The workstation does an unattended install OK, but when it boots up the screen is all black, even though everything else is working.
I'm assuming I should be doing this by doing it by uploading the drivers, not by deploying the driver setup.exe with opsi-agent afterwards?
Black screen deploying Intel HD 350 Video card
Re: Black screen deploying Intel HD 350 Video card
When I boot the factory OS image I get a black screen also, so this doesn't have anything to do with my OS install. No monitors are being detected, using a DisplayPort to DVI-D adapter.
Re: Black screen deploying Intel HD 350 Video card
Hi
maybe the adapter is faulty.
Try it directly.
Cheers

I had a similar issue. It might be a passive adapter, which is not supported on onboard connectors. (or it was active that wasn't supported)ttblum hat geschrieben:No monitors are being detected, using a DisplayPort to DVI-D adapter.
Anyway, try to connect directly to a DP monitor.
