Dear Folks,
I'm using the current version of opsi on Centos and I do have some strange issues to get the Setup Detector running correctly.
It is possible to install the opsi package the Setup Detector on windows 7 sp1 but then I get several exotic Windows compatibility messages and the Setup Detektor does not recognise ANY package I do not remember but there was one important Windows or Setup Detector specific setting to get him work correctly... Any tips ?
Unfortunately is the direkt exe download link expired (src. current documentation) and I was not able to find another location !?
All the best in advance !

Re: Opsi Setup Detector
Sorry, but I fear I didn't get you. But maybe we can work that out.

You can still get the current package here: http://download.uib.de/opsi4.0/products ... 132-1.opsi
And use opsi-package-manager -x <package name> on the OPSI server to extract the install files.

?
Documentation is available here: http://download.uib.de/opsi_stable/doc/ ... p-detector
>>but then I get several exotic Windows compatibility messages
What exactly are these 'exotic' messages?
Thanks.
