Hello,
When I install the Opsi agent on a windows workstation, the computer is registered on the opsi server with the IP number at the time of installing the client.
I have the following problem: if the IP number of the workstation changes, I can no longer access the workstation to install software packages through OpsiConfiged. The system returns the timeout message. COMPUTERNAME: Opsi timeout error: Timed out after 15 seconds (last error: timed out).
If I reinstall the Opsi agent client, it will work with the new IP again.
How to solve the problem and update the IP on the Opsi server without having to reinstall the agent?
Thanks!
