Failed to process action request: failed to mount error shows when login to opsi client agent and try to install software from opsi server all though opened cmd from clinet pc and make a connection with "net use" to opsiserver. (net use y: \\es-srv-124\opsi_depot/user:opsiuser) That was working and I can see the Y: drive and the content in it.

Please guide me what I should do.

Can you mount the share with the pcpatch user?

Thanks for your reply.opsiuser is my admin user here and member of group pcpatch. I can access to samba directory from server using opsiuser account but can not access
smbclient -U pcpatch //es-srv-124/opsi_depot/ and am getting error session setup failed: NT_STATUS_LOGON_FAILURE. Is that my pcpatch also have an access to my samba share....

Please reset the pcpatch user password and try again:

nothing changed after changing pcpatch pasword.

can you mount it manually using the pcpatch user?
