Depotserver dynamisch - der richtige wird nicht gefunden

Hallo,

aktuelle opsi-Version 4.0.7.X.
Wenn der Client am entfernten Standort den opsi-Depot Server ermittelt, ermittelt er (leider) den Config-Server, anstelle des lokalen Depot-Servers. Funktionieren tuts aber ...
Im lokalen Log-File C:\opsi.org\log\opsiclientd.log findet man Hinweise, dass die lokale IP nicht korrekt ermittelt werden konnte - s.w.u.
Da ich das Problem in keinem Thema finden konnte, scheint dies nur bei uns zu sein? Wir haben lauter Windows10-Clients ...

Über Hilfe würdfe ich mich freuen.

Hi,

nimmst du einen der Standard-Algos zur Selektion? Falls ja: welchen?

Durch die Fehlermeldung würde ich vermuten, dass in den Depoteinstellungen ein Adresswert fehlt. Bitte prüfe mal deine Depoteinstellungen - am einfachsten geht das im Configed.

Hallo zusammen,

ich würde das Thema nochmal kurz aufwärmen. Ich habe dieses "Problem" ebenfalls gerade gehabt. Ich habe nun schon ein wenig analysiert und kann folgendes berichten.
Wir haben sehr viele Notebooks und sobald diese im WLAN mit unserem Netzwerk verbunden sind, dann funktioniert die dynamische Depotauswahl nicht mehr.
Grund hierfür ist der Scan der IP-Adresse. Mit aktivierter kabelgebundenen Netzwerkkarte (ohne eingestecktem Kabel) und verbundenem WLAN Adapter liest er die IP-Adresse nicht aus. Sobald ich die kabelgebundene Netzwerkkarte deaktiviere funktioniert alles reibungslos. Wenn ich ein Kabel einstecke und WLAN zusätzlich aktiviert ist, dann liest er wieder die kabelgebundene Netzwerkkarte aus und bekommt auch eine IP.

Dh die dynamische Depotauswahl bekommt keine IP-Adresse wenn es einen Ethernet Adapter gibt, welcher im Status "Netzwerkkabel wurde entfernt" ist, auch wenn eine WLAN Verbindung existiert. Erst das Deaktivieren des gesamten Ethernet Adapters wirkt dann, so dass die WLAN Netzwerkkarte ausgelesen wird.

Ist dieses Vorgehen so gewünscht? Habe ich vielleicht einen Denkfehler oder könnt Ihr dieses "Problem" so nachstellen?

Ist schon alt, aber bei uns funktioniert dies seit langem gut.
Evlt. waren Anpassungen in /etc/opsi/backendManager/extend.d/70_dynamic_depot.conf dafür nötig.
Bei uns steht aktuell drin:

Hi nochmal,

wir haben das auch so eingestellt. Aber ich denke nicht, dass an dieser Stelle der Fehler passiert.
Ich glaube tatsächlich er liest nicht alle Netzwerkkarten aus, wenn er eine gefunden hat die ihm genügt.
Ob connected oder nicht connected spielt da keine Rolle. Dh er liest die IP vom WLAN nicht, wenn er davor schon eine kabelgebundene Netzwerkkarte gefunden hat, obwohl diese ohne angestecktes Kabel ist!?

Die Situation haben wir aber auch und es scheint zu funktionieren.

Guten Tag zusammen, hat vielleicht zufällig noch ein OPSI Mitarbeiter eine Idee, woran das liegen könnte, dass er die kabelgebundene Netzwerkkarte der WLAN Karte immer vorzieht?
