Hallo alle zusammen,
wir haben bei uns beobachtet, dass das aktuelle Firefox Packet (firefox_68.10.0esror78.0.2esror78.0.2-1.opsi) aus dem Abo bei mehreren Rechnern hängen bleibt, nachdem die Meldung "Konfiguriere Firefox..." erscheint. Auf anderen läuft es dagegen problemlos.
In einem Fall haben wir sogar versucht, den alten Firefox zu deinstallieren und alle Verzeichnisse (AppData, ProgramData, usw, ) sowie die Registry Einträge zu löschen und FF neu zu installieren. Trotzdem bleibt das Opsi Packet bei der Konfiguration hängen.
Ich wollte eigentlich die opsi-script.log hier anhängen, geht aber nicht.
Ich sehe im Log jedenfalls keine besonderen Probleme.Die Installation habe ich 08:16:52 gestartet. Um 08:16:54 erscheint die Meldung "Konfiguriere Firefox...". Die letzte Meldung ist dann um 08:17:15 und ein paar Minuten danach habe ich den Task abgeschossen.

Ich habe das jetzt auf zwei der betreffenden Rechner ausprobiert und in beiden Fällen hat es geholfen.
Beides waren Windows Server 2012 R2 und in beiden Fällen liefen frühere Firefox Pakete problemlos.
