Netboot Windows 10 auf M.2 NVMe schlägt fehl

Liebe Opsi-Gemeinde, vielleicht fällt ja euch dazu etwas ein:

Ich möchte / muss hier an einigen Clients per Netboot Windows 10 installieren. Die Neuinstallation wird notwendig, da die bisherigen M.2-SSDs (120GB) hinsichtlich der Kapazität nicht mehr ausreichen. Leider schlägt die Installation schon sehr frühzeitig fehl.

Hier die Systemkonfiguration:
Rechner: Dell Optiplex 5040
SSD: WD Black PCIe SSD 256 GB NVMe

Beim ersten Versuch setze ich den Winpenetworkboot auf "false". Damit wird das Bootimage erstmal komplett rüberübertragen, dann wird neu gestartet. Ergebnis: Opsi startet, will übertragen, hat dann aber folgendes Problem:

command'/sbin/mkfs.ntfs --fast -L "Windows 7" /dev/nvme0n1p1' failed (1):
Failed to access '/dev/nvme0n1p1': No such File or directory.
The device doesn't exist: did you specify it correctly?

In Ordnung, nächster Versuch. winpenetworkboot auf "true". Jetzt läuft die Sache durch, die Daten werden übertragen, der Rechner bootet neu. "Windows startet" ... Dann aber kommt die DOS-Shell mit folgender Fehlermeldung:

echo c:\opsi\startnet.cmd > "C:\winpe\mount\Windows\System32\startnet.cmd"
Das System kann den angegebenen Pfad nicht finden

Am Dell (Mainboard-Chipsatz) sollte es eigentlich nicht liegen, denn mit der alten M.2 ging es ja. WD stellt allerdings keinerlei Treiber für seine SSD bereit...

Kann jemand von euch mit dem Fehler was anfangen?

Hi,

manchmal ist es einen Versuch wert das WinPE zu aktualisieren und das neueste Windows als Basis zu nehmen.
