Danke für die Mühe, die du dir machst. Jetzt fühl ich mich gleich etwas unfähig, wenn es bei dir funktioniert.

Die unattend.xml die bei dem paket dabei war.
Einzige Änderung ist das Administratorpasswort

Unsicher bin ich mir bei der Zeile mit <cpi::offlineImage

Dann stelle bitte Deine unattend.xml hier ein. (Admin-Passwort unkenntlich machen, bzw. auf originalen Wert zurücksetzen.)
Unsicher bin ich mir bei der Zeile mit <cpi::offlineImage
Wenn Du die Zeile ganz am Ende meinst, das ist Schall und Rauch. Da könnte auch 'Kilroy was here' stehen.

Um den Gedanken von Herrn Oertel noch mal aufzugreifen. Gibst Du einen Lizenzkey bei der Installation mit? (Property productkey)
Wenn ja, probier es mal aus Jux und Dollerei ohne.

Der Produktkey hat keinen Effekt, egal ob da oder nicht.

Sagt weiterhin kein Image

OK, wäre das geklärt.
Wenn Du noch meiner Bitte aus dem ersten Satz folgen könntest.....
Dann könnte ich die unattend.xml meinem System hinschmeißen. Und sehen, was passiert.

Da ist aber ein bißchen mehr als nur am admin password gestrickt worden.

Das hier fällt in die Kategorie 'Denn sie wissen nicht, was sie tun.':

Wenn ich nicht mit dem image name, sondern mit dem Index arbeiten will, muß ich meinen Wunsch auch mitteilen.
Also, statt IMAGE/NAME IMAGE/INDEX.
Das Original sieht übrigens so aus, und nutzt IMAGE/NAME:

Nichtsdestotrotz führt das bei mir nicht zu einem 'no image found', sondern mir wird eine Auswahlliste an möglichen Images präsentiert. (Die dem entspricht, was Du mit DISM ausgelesen hast.)
Bleibt also festzuhalten, daß Deine unattend.xml ein wenig fishy ist, aber grundsätzlich funktioniert.
Bleibt nur die Verzeichnisstruktur unter /installfiles.
Also, alles was darin liegt löschen. Und den gesamten Inhalt des ISO da reinkopieren. Und ein fröhliches opsi-set-rights absetzen.
Installation starten, und berichten.
