Beitragvon XavierLEHO » 12 Okt 2017, 15:04

Hello
On windows 7 64 bits, i have instaled the opsi-client-agent (4.0.7.23)
After the reboot, the service opsiclientd is not started.

When i read the logs of the installation, i found :

Hi,

Can you tell me a little bit about the client. Was there an older version of opsi-client-agent installed? If yes: what version?
Does it have a current patchlevel?
Does it use the WAN extension?
Does it affect only one client or more?

From the error message I have to assume that it is a problem with the sqlite files. Deleting them could fix things but for now I'd only do so in case of a non-WAN-client.

Kind regards

Niko

Hi Niko,

Thanks for your answer !

Does it have a current patchlevel?

We don't understand the question... I suppose not (I'll read the doc to understand your question :-) )

Does it use the WAN extension?

No

Does it affect only one client or more?

It seems to be more frequent recently

From the error message I have to assume that it is a problem with the sqlite files. Deleting them could fix things but for now I'd only do so in case of a non-WAN-client.

Could you tell us where they are stored ?

Best regards,

Nico

Hi Nico,

Let me pose the question differently:
Is it a plain Windows installation or has it received updates after the installation?
If it has received updates: are the clients always running with the latest updates for Windows?

Please look at C:\opsi.org\opsiclientd\ where you will find a timeline.sqlite.

Kind regards

Niko
