New packages in stable and testing

Dear opsi users,

today we release new packages in stable and testing.

In stable we update opsi-linux-bootimage to 20160825-1.

In testing we update opsi4ucs to 4.0.7.1-2.

opsi-linux-bootimage (20160825-1) stable; urgency=medium

* updated to python-opsi_4.0.7.18-1
* different timing in reboot function
* sleep when writing partition boot record (too fast on nvme devices)
* Bootimage does not boot into tty1, instead stays at kernel messages
* disable systemd ntp service
* silented " which ucr" when running on UCS

opsi4ucs (4.0.7.1-2) experimental; urgency=medium

  * 99opsi4ucs.inst: Wait up to 10 minutes for the opsifileadmingroup
    to be synchronised to the local host.
    Thanks to Stefan Gohmann of Univention for the patch.
  * Removed duplicate dependency to debconf.
