opsi WIM Capture in 4.0.6 stable - new opsi products in testing

Dear opsi users,

We hereby publish a series of new packages, manuals and fixes as stable and testing.
This includes especially the new opsi extension opsi-wim-capture.
The description for opsi-wim-capture, and the required activation steps
can be found in opsi-manual in section 9.2.
