opsi-linux-bootimage Hotfix in Stable and Testing

Dear opsi users,
with yesterdays release of the opsi-linux-bootiamge an error in the pre/postinst of the package was overseen.
The package assumed the file 'install-grub-x64' exists, which wasnt the case on opsi-linux-bootimage >= 20190805-3.
A hotfix exists in stable and testing with version 20191015-3. This fix checks for the mentioned file and performs the needed instructions.
mit dem gestrigen Release des opsi-linux-bootimage in Stable und Testing ist leider noch eine Unachtsamkeit im Paket geblieben.
Beim Veröffentlichten Paket ging das Pre bzw. Postinst davon aus die Datei 'install-grub-x64' vorzufinden, was bei Installationen mit opsi-linux-bootimage >= 20190805-3 nicht der Fall war.
CAUTION: If you 'fixed' the error on 20191015-2 with creating the missing file, please note that the hotfix will treat this file as a configuration file and the package will create a new file called 'install-grub-x64.opsi' with the correct content. Please make sure to correct this. The file install-grub-x64.opsi is always generated form the file provided by the package.
