was steht auf dem Bildschirm des Clients (z.B. tftp timeout) ?

gibt es in der /var/log/syslog meldungen des tftpd ?

sieht man per
tcpdump port tftp
einen request des clients ?

edit2: nach einem weiteren Neustart ist der Fehler wieder da.

Schau mal im opsi-configed in der 'Server-konfiguration' (Button links unten)
und dort nach dem Wert von 'Nextboot service URL'
