Hallo und willkommen im Forum, der OPSI Server selbst läuft auf diversen Linux Distributionen, kann aber auch als Docker Container laufen. Als Neuling würde ich dir nicht unbedingt zu Docker raten. Dann läuft der opsiconfd Dienst nicht bei dir würde ich sagen.
Setze auf dem Server mal den Befehl ab.
Falls sich nichts tut schau mal in die Log Datei /var/log/opsi/opsiconfd/opsiconfd.log
