If I install additional server as disaster recovery (DR) , contingency if the main server is down. How can the clients connect to the DR server? Has anyone did a similar setup before? Thank you.

Hi dkoch, Am I required to upgrade to OPSI 4.0.5 to use the fix? I'm currently I'm using 4.0.4. I hope it is compatible to 4.0.4 , I'll just upgrade to 4.0.5 later. Thanks a lot.

Hi Niko, we're also encoutering the same peoblem. I think the problem came out when we converted to Postgres. When it was in file-based it was working fine. The product group was created and there are priducts in it. The product mame i use is freesoftware and it's selected in the configed, the wierd...

By the way, is it easy to migrate from file-based to MySQL? Do I need to reinstall client agent?

Anyone encountered this? We cannot connect to OPSI configed every morning. Probably because of so many computers are reporting to the server when they are turned ON? Our administrator restart the service to make the service available. Thank you.

I tried that but still the default still goes back to "2". I used tab, down arrow to "4" then press "space bar" to select the value as stated in the options below the screen.

Or maybe a global settings? I noticed that the property appear if I select a client. If I change it there will it affect all the clients after reinstalling? Thank you.

Sorry, I have a related question. Can the property be configured in the installer itself? There must be a file that can be adjusted/edited to apply this property?
