Well that seems to be fixed with 4.1.1.7-1. I was just a little bit to early with my report.

are there any updates on this?
I just experienced the same problem on a fresh installation of OPSI 4.1.
Patching the python file works. But that's not a permanent solution, because it may get overwritten with any future update.
