Halöle! If dialogues doesn't pop up during server installation, dpkg-reconfigure might help (p. 13), esp. aftpd. I am not sure how necessary this is, or if the configuration simply happens at a later time else. These dialogues are optional and you usually will be able to reconfigure these parts late...
