Running the opsi-setup and then restarting the OPSI daemons as per below commands fixed the issue. Thanks a Lot for your assistance!!

Also can you please throw some light on what this command does with regards to OPSI==>opsi-setup --cleanup-backend

Hi, We are running OPSI 4.0.7 and OPSI Configed version states 4.0.7.1.3 2016/06/24. Let me try the command you have mentioned and post the results.
