Hi, Problem solved/ The upgrade for WIndows 10 is starting from a setup.exe.
Start it with "setup /auto upgrade" and its working fine

Did someone allready managed to update WIndows 7 to WIndows 10? Not a fresh install, but really an upgrade.
So without losing userdata
