proxmox 2.2.x on debian 6

finally my colleagues tried the install on a real computer. everything went smoothly, it seems the problem affects only the virtual computers.
any idea what shall I examine? what can cause the problem? the boot image or the hwaudit script?

the client is a virtual machine. the only accepted action is the Ctrl + Alt + Delete which reboots the machine. after that the installed operating system starts.

i can't attach the output of the opsi-admin -d method auditHardware_getConfig command command, because i've reached a board limit, or what. here is a small portion:
