Found howto update server. And now it works!

Didn't think of this before. Recorded a movie for the whole process. ~4 min long. Can be found here http://db.tt/KTDH0KNi Also did ifconfig -a and lshw in the movie. What I didn't think of before was that these computers have wlan card on the motherboard. Tested without this attached but same issue.

Whats the recommended way to update a vmware server to new opsi version?
I'm no expert on linux.
